Dr. Bhaskar Illa
Bhaskar did is Ph.D. in Earthquake seismology in 2023, from CSIR-NGRI. Presently he is working on Renormalization based upscaling theory for elastic media. He is primarily associated with Prof. S.Hanasoge, TIFR.

Mr. Arkajit Chakrabarti
He pursued M.Sc. in Applied Geophysics from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. He has worked in Geolog International B.V. and Fugro Geotech. Pvt. Ltd as Borehole data acquisition engineer. Presently he is working for delineation of coal seams in the Durgapur region of West Bengal, using seismic data.
Ms. Sreeja Kalyankar
She did her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in year 2022 from Aurora’s Technological and Research Institute, Hyderabad. She was selected as a Beta Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador (2021). At present she is Project Associate at CSIR-NGRI where she is developing a GUI application for carrying out seismic inversion.
Dr. Srishti
She did her M.Sc. Tech (Geophysics) from Banaras Hindu University, UP in 2014 and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore in 2020, on “Investigating the Role of Mantle Convection in affecting surface deformation and Topography in the Indian Plate and the India-Eurasia Collision Zone.” Currently, she has been working in the Shallow Seismic Group at NGRI as a Project Scientist working on developing Seismic Inversion algorithms.
